Job Description

A kind family residing in Lincoln Square is searching for a dedicated, full-time live-in housekeeper to assist with maintaining their 4-bedroom home. This role begins mid-September, with the possibility of an earlier start if preferred by the candidate. The family consists of two children, aged 13 and 11, and the ideal candidate will provide not only exceptional housekeeping services but also be responsible for transporting the children to their various activities, sports practices, and games, primarily when the children are at home. Job Requirements

Driver's license
clean driving record

priority given to candidates already on the East Coast

Job Qualifications

Considerate, meticulous, and trustworthy
reliable, easy to work with, and proactive
extremely detail oriented
open to traveling with the family, such as winter break trips to the Caribbean (not required)
Japanese speaker (a bonus but not required)

Job Duties

Housekeeping, deep cleaning, and general interior care
laundering of clothes and linens
procuring and managing inventory of household supplies
light pet care of one small, friendly dog
very basic food prep such as washing and cutting fruit and veggies for the children, making snacks for the children to have during activities
driving one or both children to their activities and sports every other weekend and Wednesdays, typically tag-teaming with mom
maintaining a clean and organized living environment
