Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree preferred
One to three months related experience and/or training helpful or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Work Permit 1
Valid health card or ServSafe equivalent
Hepatitis A vaccination
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians, Washington State regulations, and Kalispel Golf & Country Club (KGCC) policies and procedures
Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
Washes pots, pans, and trays
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
Washes and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and racks
Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Requisition cleaning supplies as needed
Cleans and organizes banquet items for set up such as chaffers, plates and utensils
Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels
Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record
May be required to perform janitorial duties when necessary
May be required to be a panelist for the internal review hearings
Performs other duties as assigned by management
