The Team Member position is a pivotal role within our restaurant, serving as the vital first point of contact for our customers. As the face of the restaurant, team members greet guests warmly, whether they walk through the door or pull up to the drive-thru window, ensuring each patron feels welcomed and appreciated. This role involves preparing our world famous food to exacting standards every day, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, and delivering prompt and courteous service that encourages guests to return repeatedly. Job Requirements

  • Arrive at work on time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers, ovens, etc.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
  • Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
  • Adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
  • Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and energy throughout the shift
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and restaurant standards
