This position requires flexibility, as Team Members must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical endurance is important since the role demands standing and walking for entire shifts, lifting and moving heavy objects, maneuvering through compact spaces, and operating restaurant equipment safely. While no previous experience is required, a background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast-food operations is considered a plus. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for this role.
