As a KFC Team Member, you play an essential role in the success of our restaurant and brand. You are the face of KFC, the first friendly interaction customers have when they enter the restaurant or approach the drive-thru window. This position involves preparing and serving our famous fried chicken and other menu items to ensure customers have an exceptional dining experience every time they visit. Job Requirements
- Arrive at work on time
- flexible scheduling
- follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens
- able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
- able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
- follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
- adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
- knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- ability to follow instructions and procedures
- commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- basic math skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
