Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to navigate compact spaces safely
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
- willingness to participate in paid training
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or fast food is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and cooperation skills
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
- prepare and maintain food items according to company standards
- operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- assist in opening and closing procedures
