As a KFC Team Member, you will engage directly with customers, ensuring they receive friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction. The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for entire shifts, lifting and moving heavy objects, and operating restaurant equipment safely within compact spaces. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- no prior experience required but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast-food is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to learn and adapt
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
