Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- no prior experience required but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast-food is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to learn and adapt
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and safety standards
- operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstations
- handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- follow health and safety guidelines
- assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
