The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old and possesses flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays—critical times in the fast food business. Physical stamina is important, as the role involves standing and walking for entire shifts, safely maneuvering in compact spaces, lifting and moving heavy objects, and operating restaurant equipment. Although no experience is necessary, having a background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast-food operations is considered a plus.
