Pay ranges from $8.00 to $18.00 per hour in most geographic areas, with higher rates in states such as Maryland ($15.00-$16.00), New York ($16.00-$16.50), New York City ($17.00-$17.50), Cincinnati, OH ($11.00-$15.00), and Toledo, OH ($11.00-$14.00).
