Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Ability to maneuver safely through compact spaces
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • Experience in customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, and safety standards is a bonus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or fast food is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to KFC operational standards
  • Commitment to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Prepare and cook food items according to KFC standards
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining areas and kitchens
  • Follow safety and food handling regulations to ensure customer safety
  • Support team members and managers in daily restaurant operations
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge
