Job Requirements

at least 18 years old
valid driver’s license
reliable personal transportation
honest and energetic personality
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
desire to learn and advance in restaurant management

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer service or team leader role preferred but not required
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to motivate and manage a team
basic math skills for cash handling
willingness to learn and adapt
positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
