Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Able to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- Capable of operating restaurant equipment safely

- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train team members to uphold company standards
- Monitor customer service quality and resolve any issues promptly
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes during shifts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash management and daily financial reconciliations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
