Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Able to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • Capable of operating restaurant equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and train team members to uphold company standards
  • Monitor customer service quality and resolve any issues promptly
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes during shifts
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle cash management and daily financial reconciliations
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
