Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects stand and walk for entire shifts safely maneuver through compact spaces operate restaurant equipment
- previous supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of food safety and health standards
- basic financial and cash handling skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- lead and manage shift operations ensuring customer satisfaction
- supervise and motivate restaurant team members during shifts
- maintain food quality and safety standards
- handle cash management and daily sales reporting
- enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- support training and development of new staff
