Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects stand and walk for entire shifts safely maneuver through compact spaces operate restaurant equipment
  • previous supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of food safety and health standards
  • basic financial and cash handling skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • lead and manage shift operations ensuring customer satisfaction
  • supervise and motivate restaurant team members during shifts
  • maintain food quality and safety standards
  • handle cash management and daily sales reporting
  • enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • support training and development of new staff
