Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- minimum one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to safely maneuver in compact spaces
- operate restaurant equipment proficiently
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for entire shifts
- capable of operating restaurant equipment safely
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience with quick service restaurant operations is an advantage
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily shift operations to ensure excellent customer service
- supervise, train, and motivate team members
- maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly
- oversee cash handling and financial procedures
- support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
