Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Capability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • Experience operating restaurant equipment
  • Supervisory experience in quick service or retail

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle customer service issues professionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Supervise and support the team to maintain high performance and morale
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage shift schedules and labor costs efficiently
  • Train and coach team members to uphold operational standards
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain inventory control
