Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Capability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- Experience operating restaurant equipment
- Supervisory experience in quick service or retail
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle customer service issues professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Supervise and support the team to maintain high performance and morale
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage shift schedules and labor costs efficiently
- Train and coach team members to uphold operational standards
- Drive sales initiatives and maintain inventory control
