Job Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail
- must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capability to safely operate restaurant equipment

- basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Supervising daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- managing and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations
- handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- training new employees and supporting team development
- coordinating staffing schedules to optimize operational efficiency
