Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Capability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Experience with restaurant equipment operation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous supervisory experience in quick service or retail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- Flexibility in scheduling including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure high performance
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
- Train and develop new and existing employees to enhance team skills
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
