Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Capability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Experience with restaurant equipment operation
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous supervisory experience in quick service or retail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
  • Flexibility in scheduling including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure high performance
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Train and develop new and existing employees to enhance team skills
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
