In this pivotal leadership role, the Shift Manager will be integral to ensuring operational excellence and delivering top-tier customer service at one of KBP's vibrant KFC locations. This role demands a strong leader who can guide and motivate a team, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and contribute to the overall guest experience that KFC is famous for. The Shift Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts, champion a positive work environment, and uphold the values and reputation of the KFC brand. This position offers paid training and a clear path to further advancement with opportunities to progress toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- able to stand and walk throughout entire shifts
- capacity to maneuver safely through compact workspaces
- experience operating restaurant equipment
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
