KBP Foods is currently seeking a Shift Manager for one of its bustling KFC franchise locations. As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational excellence and sustaining the legendary customer service that KFC is known for worldwide. This position is an essential part of the team, responsible for managing shift operations, leading and motivating staff, and ensuring that each guest is delighted by the iconic taste and service quality that define KFC. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • experience in supervisory roles in food service or retail
  • basic math skills for cash handling
