Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • experience in supervisory roles in food service or retail
  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts
  • ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • maintain operational standards and food safety procedures
  • manage shift scheduling and delegate tasks efficiently
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • oversee cash handling and financial transactions
  • support training and development of team members
