Job Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- must be 18 years old or older
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures

- Lead and supervise a dedicated team during shifts
- ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
- maintain operational excellence and uphold company standards
- manage staff schedules and oversee daily restaurant operations
- monitor inventory and ensure food safety compliance
- address and resolve operational challenges promptly
- support team development and communicate with management
