Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for entire shifts
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform shift duties

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise restaurant team during shifts
  • ensure operational excellence and compliance with food safety standards
  • deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • conduct staff training and development
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • assist in scheduling and managing team member attendance and performance
