Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for entire shifts
- ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant team during shifts
- ensure operational excellence and compliance with food safety standards
- deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- conduct staff training and development
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- assist in scheduling and managing team member attendance and performance
