Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Customer service orientation with conflict resolution capabilities
Job Duties
- Manage and lead shift operations to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant functioning
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
- Oversee cash handling and financial transactions during shifts
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and performance
- Assist in inventory management and stock control during shifts
