Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Ability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
  • Customer service orientation with conflict resolution capabilities

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead shift operations to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant functioning
  • Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
  • Oversee cash handling and financial transactions during shifts
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control during shifts
