Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum one year supervisory experience in quick service or retail food service
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for entire shifts
- Capable of safely maneuvering compact spaces and operating restaurant equipment

- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead daily shift operations to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee team performance and provide coaching to staff
- Maintain operational standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Assist in training new employees and fostering a positive work environment
