Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general management experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in quick-service restaurants
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects
- stand and walk for entire shifts
- safely maneuver in compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general management experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in quick-service restaurants
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
- experience in recruiting and hiring staff
- knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Manage profitability through cash control, maintaining inventory levels, overseeing labor, and analyzing financial reports
- recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers
- coach and train your team to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success
- conduct inventory counts every other week
- maintain a clean restaurant and ensure exceptional service and quality product for guests
- participate in bonus programs based on restaurant performance
- oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards
