Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general management experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in quick-service restaurants
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects
  • stand and walk for entire shifts
  • safely maneuver in compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of general management experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in quick-service restaurants
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
  • experience in recruiting and hiring staff
  • knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Manage profitability through cash control, maintaining inventory levels, overseeing labor, and analyzing financial reports
  • recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers
  • coach and train your team to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success
  • conduct inventory counts every other week
  • maintain a clean restaurant and ensure exceptional service and quality product for guests
  • participate in bonus programs based on restaurant performance
  • oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards
