Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk extensively during shifts
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- Prior experience managing a quick-service restaurant preferred
- Proven ability to manage profitability and labor costs effectively
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training staff
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in the food service industry
Job Duties
- Manage profitability by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides friendly, quality service to guests
- Implement operational strategies to improve restaurant performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
