As a Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods, the role is pivotal in driving the company’s fast-food operations toward success. Your responsibilities will encompass managing financial aspects such as cash control, security procedures, inventory oversight, and labor management. You will analyze financial reports regularly and implement strategies to ensure the restaurant achieves its profitability goals. In addition, you will recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers, ensuring the restaurant is staffed with a motivated and skilled workforce.

Coaching and training employees form a core part of your role to uphold operational standards and customer service quality, contributing directly to the restaurant’s success. You will also maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where every guest enjoys a high-quality product and friendly service. Regular inventory counts and adherence to safety procedures further ensure operational integrity.

This position is ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-service setting. KBP Foods values candidates who are at least 18 years old and available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, standing and walking for full shifts, and safely operating restaurant equipment, is necessary.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment
