The Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods plays a critical leadership role in driving the success of individual locations. This position is responsible for leading and managing restaurant operations, ensuring both financial performance and customer satisfaction goals are met. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- able to safely maneuver through compact spaces
- able to operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail
- experience with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory
- manage labor
- review financial reports and take necessary action
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- conduct inventory counts every other week
- maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
