We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our dynamic team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a KFC restaurant, driving its overall success by managing day-to-day operations, coaching and developing employees, and implementing effective business strategies. As a Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant management, including financial performance, inventory control, labor management, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Restaurant General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the restaurant meets profitability goals by controlling cash and security procedures, managing inventory, and monitoring labor costs. Additionally, you will lead recruitment efforts to hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers, fostering a well-trained and motivated team that can deliver an exceptional guest experience. If you have at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with responsibility for profit and loss, are 18 years or older, and possess the physical ability to manage restaurant operations, we encourage you to apply.
