Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
- previous experience in a management role in quick service or retail food service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions
- knowledge of inventory management and labor scheduling
- commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
Job Duties
- drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and manage labor
- review financial reports and take action as needed
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- conduct inventory counts every other week
- maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
