Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- safe maneuvering through compact spaces
- capability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- prior experience managing profit and loss
- prior experience in food service or retail management
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail
- proven ability to manage profit and loss
- prior quick-service restaurant experience preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- capability to coach and develop staff
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and conduct biweekly inventory counts
- manage labor and review financial reports to take necessary action
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- maintain a clean restaurant environment
- ensure guests enjoy a friendly experience with quality products
- participate in performance-based bonus programs
