Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • safe maneuvering through compact spaces
  • capability to operate restaurant equipment safely
  • prior experience managing profit and loss
  • prior experience in food service or retail management

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail
  • proven ability to manage profit and loss
  • prior quick-service restaurant experience preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • capability to coach and develop staff
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory and conduct biweekly inventory counts
  • manage labor and review financial reports to take necessary action
  • recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
  • coach and train employees in operational excellence
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment
  • ensure guests enjoy a friendly experience with quality products
  • participate in performance-based bonus programs
