We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a restaurant team, implement effective operational strategies, and significantly impact the restaurant's profitability and customer satisfaction. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for driving business success by managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from labor and inventory control to employee recruitment, coaching, and training.

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work at least two closing shifts per week and to physically perform duties such as lifting heavy objects and maneuvering through restaurant equipment. A minimum of one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility, preferably in quick-service restaurants, is essential.

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory
  • manage labor
  • review financial reports and take action as needed
  • recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
  • coach and train employees in operational excellence
  • conduct inventory counts every other week
  • maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
