Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
- managers must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects
- stand and walk constantly for entire shifts
- maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- minimum 1 year of experience as general manager in food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant
- ability to coach and lead a team effectively
- strong organizational and communication skills
- knowledge of cash control and inventory management
- ability to work flexible hours
- basic proficiency with financial reports
- commitment to high-quality customer service and operational excellence
Job Duties
- control profitability by following cash control and security procedures
- maintain property inventory levels
- manage labor
- review financial reports and take appropriate actions
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- coach and train all employees in operational excellence
- complete inventory counts every other week
- ensure the restaurant is clean and provides exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality product
