As a Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods, you will take on a critical leadership role in one of our fast-growing KFC restaurant locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team, implement operational strategies, and directly influence the profitability and reputation of your restaurant. The role involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including cash control, inventory management, labor scheduling, and financial oversight. You will recruit, interview, and hire team members as well as train and coach them to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer service.

A typical day includes reviewing financial reports, taking actionable steps to enhance profitability, conducting biweekly inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, the Restaurant General Manager ensures compliance with safety and security procedures, all while fostering a positive work culture that encourages growth and development.
