Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
  • prior experience in a similar managerial role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
  • quick service experience preferred
  • leadership and team management skills
  • strong financial acumen
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to maintain high operational standards

Job Duties

  • drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • monitor inventory and conduct bi-weekly inventory counts
  • manage labor and review financial reports
  • recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
  • coach and train employees in operational excellence
  • maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
  • ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with quality products
