Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence
- Manage daily restaurant operations including food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective business strategies
- Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to foster a positive work environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
- Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
