Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective business strategies
  • Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to foster a positive work environment
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
