Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- demonstrate leadership experience in a restaurant environment
- have strong problem-solving capabilities
- show commitment to customer service excellence
- possess good organizational and multitasking skills
- be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve financial and customer service goals
- hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- monitor inventory and control costs effectively
- maintain excellent customer relations and resolve complaints promptly
- implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
- oversee daily financial transactions including bank deposits
