- energetic, honest, and motivated with a focus on creating a positive work culture
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- lead and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and customer service excellence
- ensure the restaurant consistently meets high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial transactions
- maintain a positive and motivating work environment that fosters team collaboration and high morale
- drive sales growth through excellent customer experiences and community engagement
- enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, and franchise requirements
- handle administrative duties such as staff training, performance evaluations, and record keeping
