Job Qualifications

  • ability to manage business operations including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control
  • energetic, honest, and motivated with a focus on creating a positive work culture
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • lead and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and customer service excellence
  • ensure the restaurant consistently meets high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial transactions
  • maintain a positive and motivating work environment that fosters team collaboration and high morale
  • drive sales growth through excellent customer experiences and community engagement
  • enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, and franchise requirements
  • handle administrative duties such as staff training, performance evaluations, and record keeping
