Job Description
This job opening is for a position at KFC, a globally recognized restaurant brand that serves millions of customers each day with delicious, high-quality chicken meals. KFC operates worldwide and is known for its southern hospitality and commitment to customer satisfaction. However, this particular location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, meaning that the hiring decisions and employment relationship will be handled directly by the franchisee. As an establishment, KFC combines the values of tradition, quality, and innovation by offering a variety of flavorful menu items while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for employees and guests alike.
The role being offered is that of an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This position is a crucial step for individuals who aspire to manage their own business but require hands-on experience and training to get started. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be second in command at a busy restaurant generating over $1 million in annual revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Restaurant General Manager in driving business growth, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring every customer's experience is exceptional. This role is much more than just a job – it is an opportunity to be a part of an exciting and fast-paced industry, develop leadership skills, and have fun along the way.
In this role, you will get to lead by example and set the tone for a positive, high-energy working environment. You will help create a culture where employees feel motivated, supported, and part of the family. The job entails overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding the team to produce great-tasting food served with a smile, and actively contributing to the restaurant's success. The training provided will equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel, but the best candidates are those who have a natural leadership ability, a passion for customer service, and a genuine desire to grow within the company. If you thrive on challenges and enjoy the energy of a bustling restaurant, this is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the food service industry.
