Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve business goals
  • deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring quality food and a welcoming environment
  • assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
  • enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain compliance
  • support recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • collaborate with the general manager to implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
