Operating thousands of locations around the globe, KFC continually adapts to changing market demands and consumer preferences while maintaining its core values of flavor, integrity, and hospitality. The brand's success is deeply rooted in its dedication to employee development and fostering a vibrant, inclusive work culture that encourages growth and teamwork across all levels of the organization.

This exciting opportunity centers around the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, a critical leadership position within KFC's operational framework. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the restaurant's success by overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, customer service, and food quality are consistently met. This position offers a unique platform for individuals eager to develop their leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and provides a clear pathway for career progression within the company. Candidates will be part of an engaged team that values collaboration and strives for operational excellence.

The role involves hands-on involvement in various facets of restaurant management, including financial oversight, team recruitment and training, inventory management, and adherence to security protocols. By managing labor costs effectively and optimizing operational efficiencies, the Assistant Restaurant Manager directly contributes to the restaurant's profitability and long-term sustainability.

Moreover, this position emphasizes fostering a positive work environment where team members feel supported and motivated. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new staff members, coaching team members to maintain high performance, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects KFC's commitment to friendly service and product quality. Flexibility is key, as the role requires availability to assist with evening closing procedures and the physical capability to manage demanding tasks such as lifting and operating equipment.

KFC offers competitive compensation reflective of experience and skills, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and multiple programs aimed at employee development and engagement. Additional perks include participation in bonus programs, access to educational resources such as GED completion programs and college scholarships, and exclusive employee discounts and incentives.
