Job Description

KFC, a global leader in the fast food industry, has been serving delicious, high-quality fried chicken since 1952. Known for its secret blend of 11 herbs and spices, KFC has built a reputation for quality and flavor that resonates with customers worldwide. As a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, KFC operates thousands of restaurants globally and strives to offer an exceptional dining experience characterized by southern hospitality and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The company's mission revolves around more than just feeding people—it aims to fulfill lives by delivering memorable meals with a smile. This dedication creates a strong sense of community and team spirit within every KFC restaurant, supported by an inclusive and motivational work culture that values honesty, energy, and fun.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager position at KFC presents an exciting opportunity for those aspiring to manage their own business but seeking guidance and comprehensive training to succeed. As the second-in-command of a restaurant generating over $1 million in annual sales, the Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with the Restaurant General Manager to grow the business through excellent customer service and operational management. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering an outstanding customer experience by serving great-tasting chicken with genuine enthusiasm. Responsibilities involve supporting the restaurant's day-to-day operations, fostering a positive work environment, coaching team members, and ensuring high standards in quality and service.

Training and development are significant components of this role, offering candidates a pathway to build their management skills and advance within the company. KFC encourages those with a passion for leadership, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience to apply. This position is particularly suitable for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and seek a role that combines business management with team motivation and community engagement.

Because this job opportunity is available through an independently owned and operated franchise, applicants will engage directly with the franchisee responsible for hiring and employment. This arrangement provides candidates with unique insights into local business operations while benefiting from KFC's global brand recognition and support network. While each franchise location might have specific additional requirements, the core values and objectives of delivering great food and hospitality remain consistent. For those who want to build a rewarding career in restaurant management and experience the excitement of a constantly evolving industry, the Assistant Restaurant Manager role at KFC offers an ideal starting point with abundant training and growth potential.
