Job Description

KFC is a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain known for its signature fried chicken and southern hospitality. Established as a pioneer in the quick-service restaurant industry, KFC has built a strong reputation for serving delicious meals that not only satisfy hunger but also create meaningful experiences for customers. This particular job opportunity is offered at an independently owned and operated franchised location, meaning your hiring and employment will be managed by the franchisee responsible for that specific restaurant. The franchisee serves as the direct employer, handling all employment-related matters and decisions.

Joining KFC means becoming part of a diverse and dynamic environment where the company’s commitment goes beyond just serving food. The focus is on fulfilling lives, creating enjoyable workspaces, and fostering relationships both within the team and with customers. Known for its great culture, KFC values honesty, energy, motivation, fun, and respect—qualities that help maintain a positive and thriving workplace.

This position is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, a pivotal leadership role second in command to the Restaurant General Manager. Managing a restaurant that generates over $1 million in business annually, the Assistant Manager plays a key role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals who aspire to manage their own business but want to develop their skills in a supportive and structured environment. Here, you will be trained extensively, equipping you with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in the fast-paced restaurant industry.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will go beyond routine tasks; you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional customer experiences through leadership and operational excellence. You will work alongside the General Manager to motivate your team, uphold high standards, and maintain the healthy, engaging culture KFC is known for. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and rewards for your hard work and dedication.

KFC’s commitment to its employees is evident in the culture and values that support every team member’s personal and professional development. If you consider yourself a natural leader who enjoys fostering a team environment and has a passion for serving customers with a smile, this role is an excellent fit. The position also requires reliability, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude to embrace the exciting and ever-changing pace of the restaurant business.

By joining KFC as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you become part of a well-established brand that not only offers a fulfilling career path but also a chance to make a real difference in the lives of your customers and team. Being part of the KFC family means enjoying a supportive work environment where your efforts are recognized and valued, and your career ambitions are nurtured.
