The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) at KFC, under KBP Foods, presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about restaurant leadership and operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of assistant general manager experience in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Availability to work closing shifts at least two nights per week
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing and walking during shifts, navigating compact spaces, and operating restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
