As an Assistant General Manager at KFC under the umbrella of KBP Foods, you will play a pivotal role in the operational success of the restaurant. The position requires physical stamina and flexibility, as well as the availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as an assistant general manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility
  • Quick service experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage operational tasks including inventory and cash handling
  • Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
