The Assistant General Manager position offers a competitive starting hourly wage ranging from $18.5 to $20 per hour, with compensation commensurate with skills, experience, and location. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for entire shifts, and have availability to close restaurants at least two nights per week.
