The ideal candidate must bring at least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a food service or retail environment, ideally within a quick-service restaurant setting. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and available to close the restaurant a minimum of two nights per week. The job requires physical stamina for standing and walking during entire shifts, as well as the ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects and safely navigate compact workspaces while operating restaurant equipment.
