The Key Manager role at Colorado Mountain Brewery is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive environment. The Key Manager is a crucial part of the management team, responsible for leading by example through maintaining professionalism, positivity, and fostering profitability. This role requires being visible and accessible to employees to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. The key responsibilities revolve around delivering exemplary guest service, managing employee performance, scheduling labor efficiently, and overseeing inventory and ordering. Moreover, this role involves significant decision-making regarding labor costs, employee discipline, and daily operational issues. The Key Manager holds responsibility for critical assets such as restaurant keys, cash handling, and the secure management of the vault.

Effective communication skills, stress tolerance, and multitasking capabilities are essential given the dynamic nature of restaurant operations. The Key Manager must also maintain a presentable, neat appearance consistent with the professional image of the establishment. This position requires passing background checks and drug/alcohol screening, with at least 18 years of age and legal eligibility to work in the United States mandatory.
