Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to engage with guests of all ages
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
- Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
- Assist in maintaining store organization and merchandising
- Collaborate with management to create memorable shopping experiences
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
- Help train and mentor new team members
