Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail experience preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to engage with guests of all ages
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Prior experience as a key holder or in a supervisory role
  • Strong merchandising skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
  • Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
  • Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
  • Assist in maintaining store organization and merchandising
  • Collaborate with management to create memorable shopping experiences
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
  • Help train and mentor new team members
