Job Description
Boot Barn, a community-focused retail store, is seeking Key Holders to engage with customers, provide leadership and support to store partners, and exceed sales goals. They strive to embody the company's Mission, Vision, and Values while delivering exceptional service and expertise in sales, product knowledge, and merchandising. Key Holders collaborate with the leadership team to drive store activity and uphold operational procedures.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- strong leadership, communication, time management, and organization skills
- ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel occasionally
- adherence to company policies and regulations
