- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years of regional or global account leadership experience
- Advanced automotive sector experience
- Skilled virtual team collaborator
- Network management experience over 5 years
- Advanced supply chain expertise
- Advanced regional commerce and logistics knowledge
- Proficiency in air, ocean, ground NA and CL NA products
- Experience in account planning and execution
- Proven senior relationship management experience
- Master degree preferred
- Multinational logistics mindset
- Multilingual ability preferred
- International living experience preferred
- Customer side experience beneficial
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, commerce, trade, marketing or engineering
- Advanced experience in automotive sector
- Minimum 5 years experience in regional or global account leader role
- Skilled at collaborating with virtual teams and managing commercial issues
- Network management experience of 5+ years
- Advanced supply chain knowledge or similar flow chain processes
- Advanced industry knowledge in regional commerce and logistics
- Advanced product knowledge in air, ocean, ground NA and CL NA
- Experience building and executing account plans
- Proven relationship management skills with 5+ years and at least half in senior capacity
- Master degree preferred
- Specific logistics or multinational mindset
- Ability to speak 2+ languages
- International experience living in 2+ countries
- Experience on customer (shipper) side preferred
Job Duties
- Own total CEVA regional business relationship with specified Consumer and Retail sector customers
- Align business and financial commitments to global sector targets
- Identify, develop and close business opportunities across all CEVA business lines
- Collaborate on operational oversight to ensure executional excellence
- Retain business through operational excellence and customer engagement
- Lead and coordinate negotiations with key customers on major contracts and opportunities
- Maintain and share account development plans with CEVA stakeholders
